2. Purpose and scope

These terms govern the booking and contracting of guided tours, rentals and tourist activities offered by the company, whether online via the booking widget (Turbookings) or through other contact channels (phone, email, WhatsApp).

By making a booking, the customer declares that they are of legal age and have the capacity to contract, and that they have read and accepted these terms and the privacy policy.

3. Description of services

Services include, among others: quad, buggy, electric motocross, Mehari/Kate tours, daily vehicle rentals and associated boat activities. Specific features of each product (duration, price, meeting point, requirements) are detailed on the corresponding page of the website.

The company reserves the right to modify schedules, routes or vehicles for safety, weather or force majeure reasons, offering an equivalent alternative or refund where applicable.

4. Prices and payment

Prices shown on the website include VAT where applicable and are displayed in euros (€).

For most guided tours: 20% online prepayment to confirm the booking; the remaining balance plus a €100 refundable deposit is payable on the day of the activity (card accepted).

Online payment is processed securely through the gateway integrated in the booking widget (Stripe/Turbookings). The company does not store full card details.

5. Booking process

To book online: select product, date, time and number of participants in the booking widget; complete your details; accept these general terms and the privacy policy; and make payment.

You will receive confirmation by email. You must arrive at the indicated meeting point with the recommended advance notice (generally 15 minutes) and with required documentation (valid driving licence where applicable, ID/passport).

6. Cancellations and changes

• Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance: full refund of the prepayment.
• Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance or no-show: no refund of the prepayment.
• Cancellation due to adverse weather or force majeure attributable to the company: full refund or free rescheduling.
• Date changes subject to availability; contact us as soon as possible.

7. Participation requirements

Customers must meet the age, driving licence and physical requirements indicated for each activity. It is mandatory to follow guide instructions and use provided safety equipment (helmet, seatbelt, etc.).

The company may deny participation if the customer does not meet requirements or poses a risk to themselves or others, with no refund where non-compliance is attributable to the customer.

8. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 103(l) of Spanish consumer law (TRLGDCU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure activity service contracts where a specific date or period of performance has been fixed.

However, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of contracting when the service has not started and it is not an activity with a fixed date set at the time of booking.

9. Complaint forms

In accordance with Balearic Islands regulations, official complaint forms are available to consumers. You may request them at our premises or by contacting us.

You may also lodge complaints with the Dirección General de Consum of the Govern de les Illes Balears, or through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

10. Limitation of liability

The company holds public liability insurance for the activities offered. However, it shall not be liable for damage arising from failure to follow safety instructions, misuse of vehicles or force majeure.

The customer is liable for damage to vehicles caused by negligent use or failure to comply with rules; additional repair charges may apply.

11. Data protection

Personal data processing arising from the booking is governed by our privacy policy, available on the website. Data will be processed to manage the booking, provide the service and comply with legal obligations.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Mandatory consumer protection provisions shall apply to consumers.

For dispute resolution, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's domicile or, failing that, the Balearic Islands.
